Shipping

✦ All physical items will be shipped with a tracking number from Japan. I will ship to any country serviced by Japan Post. Please check this link for details on any restrictions.

✦ Shipping will be done at least once a week for items that are on hand, starting January 2026. For items marked as [Preorder], shipping will take place sometime late January/February 2026.

✦ If you have a mixture of in-stock items and preorder items in your order, the shipping date will be the date for the preorder items. If you need the items shipped separately, please contact me. Extra shipping charges will be covered by the buyer.

✦ International shipping may only be partially tracked! Tracking updates may cease after the item has left Japan, as this is wholly dependent on your local post. Please check in directly with them for the whereabouts of your item using the tracking number provided.

✦ Import duties, VAT, and other taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. I will not be liable for these extra costs (as well as tariffs) and these will be borne by the buyer.

✦ I will not be liable for any damages to or theft of any items that may occur in the process of shipping, transit, and handling. All items will be carefully and securely packed prior to shipping.

✦ Address updates are the buyer's responsibility and can be changed any time before the order is shipped. If you need to change your address, please send me an email as soon as possible with your order number and new information. Any applicable reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Refunds & Exchanges

✦ I'm unable to accept requests for refunds or cancellation once your order is confirmed.

✦ If your item ends up returned, please mail me so I can confirm the new delivery address. Reshipping charges will fall on the buyer.

✦ I don't do exchanges, but if you receive wrong or missing items, please contact me.
